Vetrimaaran to unite father son duo Vikram and Dhruv?

The critical and commercial success of 'Asuran' starring Dhanush has catapulted director Vetrimaaran into the most sought after zone and already reports have emerged that Suriya had listened to a script from him and might greenlight it soon.

The buzz now is that Chiyaan Vikram has approached Vetrimaaran and has discussed the possibility of a project that will star himself and his son Dhruv Vikram. It is said that the intense actor wants Dhruv to have a proper follow up to his upcoming release 'Aditya Varma' that hits the screens on November 8th. It's worth mentioning that producer Mukesh Ratilal Mehta announced during the trailer launch of the film that he would soon bankroll a project starring Vikram and Dhruv. It is still unknown if this is the project that Vetrimaaran will helm for them as all talks are at a very early stage.

Vetrimaaran meanwhile has already announced that he will next direct a movie that will have Soori playing the lead role and Elred Kumar producing under his banner RS Infotainment.
