Vikram in the role that gave birth to Sivaji Ganesan

Chiyaan Vikram is busy directing his music album Spirit of Chennai` featuring the biggest South Indian superstars after which he will juggle between Anand Shankar`s Marma Manithan` with Nayanthara and Thiru`s Garuda` with Kajol Agarwal.

Now it is learned that Vikram has also given his nod to do a Hindi film directed by Om Raut which is said to be based on the life of the Maratha warrior King Chathrapathi Sivaji. Om Raut has also directed the bipic of Indian Nationalist and Social Reformer Bal Gangadhar Tilak. It may be noted that V.C. Ganesan became Sivaji Ganesan after he portrayed the Maratha King to perfection in the play Sivaji Kanda Hindu Samrajiyam`.
