Vimala Raman has two Bollywood films lined up

Actress Vimala Raman, the model from Mumbai who began her acting career in Tamil with 'Poi' has been on a role recently. After proving her mettle in a couple of Malayalam and Telugu films, the actress is now gunning down on Bollywood. She has confirmed signing two films under her name already.
ÂIn Afra Tafri, IÂm paired opposite Govinda. It is a comedy and I play a naive wife who constantly suspects her partner. Mumbai Mirror is a serious film about the Mumbai underworld and I play an investigative journalist, she says.
With actresses quickly making a move to Bollywood, we might just see more room for debutantes in Kollywood in the following year.
