Actor Vishal was last seen on screen in the action entertainer Action, following which he had been working on multiple projects. His next release will be the thriller Chakra directed by debutant MS Anandan and co-starring Shraddha Srinath.

Vishal has a number of new movies in pipeline, with some of them being a movie directed by Anand Shankar, co-starring Ritu Varma, his debut direction venture Thupparivaalan 2 which he took over from Mysskin etc.

Now, Vishal has reportedly signed a new project which is his 31st movie and as per latest speculations, this movie which will be directed by Karthik Thangavel of Jayam Ravi's Adangamaru fame will have Indian 2 actress Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead. To be produced by Five star group Kathiresan, an official announcement is expected soon on this movie.
