Vishal - Arya movie confirmed with a Dhanush connect

Vishal and Arya have been buddies even before both entered the movie industry and they have already acted together in 'Avan Ivan' directed by Bala besides cameos in each others films. We already brought you the news that a new exciting project is in works with Vishal playing the hero and Arya the villain directed by Anand Shankar of 'Iru Mugan' fame.
The untitled Vishal-Arya project was planned to be bankrolled by K. Balu of KB Films but he opted out due to various reasons. It was then rumoured that Simbu had replaced Vishal but now we have news from reliable sources that a new producer has come on board and the project is very much on.
Vinod the manager of Dhanush is branching out into production and the Vishal-Arya film is the first under his banner. Dhanush has also promised to do a film with Vinoth which will be announced soon.
