There is no place for Caste in Nadigar Sangam - VishalÂs response to Radhika

While addressing Media, a couple of days back, Actress Radhika Sarathkumar, the wife of the Nadigar Sangam President R.Sarathkumar addressed Vishal the most prominent face of Pandavar Ani as Vishal Reddy. In her speech she alleged Vishal as using the Nadigar Sangam for his personal agenda.
Actor Silambarsan, the Vice President candidate of Sarathkumar's team in the upcoming elections made more serious allegations against Vishal in his speech.
When Vishal's reaction was sought by mediapersons the Paayum Puli' actor spoke in a cool and composed tone.
"I am not angry on Radhika mam. But I don't know why she addressed me as Vishal Reddy with a stress on my caste. Nadigar Sangam is a place where there is no space for caste. Religious and caste identities are not important for doing good deeds. Mam should know that the name of the Sangam is South Indian Film Artists Association and it is not for only those who has Tamil as their native language.
Even the speech of my younger brother Simbu in an extremely disrespectful tone has not angered me. Because only after the speech of this brother the victory of Pandavar Ani has become clear. I wish to thank Radhika Mam and Simbu as their speech is going to bring a much bigger victory to us."
