Among his many plans to reinvigorate the Tamil Film Producers Council, Vishal has decided to start a slew of Television channels that will exclusively telecast the industry happenings and other channels will not be able to get footage.

According to reports in the future new films, songs and comedy scenes will only be telecast in Cinema TV. No other channel can buy film rights for telecast. Cinema Music Channel will telecast songs 24/7, Cinema Function TV, will telecast all movie related functions. Celebrity interviews for film promotions and special festivals and occasions will also be exclusively for Cinema TV group. Though this will be a big boost for the producers council the fate of the other major channels who depend on cinema could be in jeopardy.
