Vishal to clash with Chiyaan Vikram and Samantha at the box office! - Official update

The most sought after action hero Vishal will be next seen in the intense survival thriller 'Laththi'. The upcoming film is helmed by A Vinodkumar and produced by Ramana and Nandaa's banner RANA Productions while Sunainaa plays the leading lady.
The makers have planned to release 'Laththi' in five languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. Vishal plays a gutsy constable in this project which also stars Ilayathilagam Prabhu in a supporting role. This film marks the 12th collaboration of Yuvan Shankar Raja and Vishal.
Vishal has revealed the release date of the movie through his social media page recently. 'Laththi' will be released worldwide on August 12 marking the Independence Day (August 15) weekend. This thriller will clash with Chiyaan Vikram's 'Cobra' and Samantha starrer 'Yashoda' at the box office.
