It's known that Vishal is stepping into NTR's shoes in the Tamil remake of Puri Jagannadh's 'Temper'. Titled 'Ayogya', the project was formally launched on Thursday with a Pooja ceremony. It will be directed by debutant Venkat Mohan.

Raashi Khanna has been roped in to play Kajal Aggarwal's role. Music is by Sam CS.

Vishal is very passionate about the project. "When I will remake 'Temper' in Tamil, it's meant to convey the message that child rapes can be curbed with the death penalty. For a crime to come down, there has to be severe punishment," he recently said in an interview.

This is not the only 'Temper' remake that's happening. In Hindi, 'Simmba' is being made with Ranveer Singh doing an NTR.
