Kajal Agarwal appeal - High Court passes interim injunction order

One of the topmost heroines of the South, Kajal Agarwal lost a case she filed against a popular oil brand seeking 2.5 Crores compensation as the company used her ad film many years beyond the agreement with her.  READ : Kajal Agarwal loses case in court

Kajal appealed against the verdict given by a single judge and when the case came up for hearing a division bench set aside the previous judgement and passed an interim injunction order restraining the oil company from using the actress's profile for advertisements of their brands till the petition is disposed.  

Meanwhile Kajal Agarwal's 'Mersal' in which she stars opposite Thalapathy Vijay is all set to open in the highest number of screens across the world October 18th Diwali day.
