The countdown has begun for 'Jayanta Bhai Ki Luv Story' (JBKLS). Around three months from now, on the Valentines weekend, the Vivek Oberoi and Neha Sharma starrer would hit the screens.

The man who is indeed looking forward to how audience laps up this love story of a gangster is producer Kumar Taurani who has also already struck gold with another love story, 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya', earlier this year.

Just like Riteish Deshmukh, who was quite excited about doing the romcom, same was the case with Vivek as well when it came to 'Jayantabhai...'. Once the core idea of the film was pitched to him, what happened next was a quick-fire exchange of ideas. Soon Vivek was on board and his enthusiasm towards the film that made the process all the more smooth.

"In fact the moment I suggested the film to him, he was so excited about doing it that he immediately started sharing ideas. I just told him that 'bhai, abhi idea mat de, pehle listen to the whole script'", laughs Taurani, "After all we are all creative people and it always helps to bounce off ideas.

However after he heard the script, he felt that it was so amazing that it had to be made as it is. So within one month we had his dates and the film went on floors soon after that."

While the film has been ready for a couple of months, Taurani wanted to avoid its release cutting too short of 'Kismet Love Paisa Dilli', another Vivek starrer that arrived quite recently.

"There was some gap though in between because he was shooting for KLPD, 'Sher' and 'Krissh 2'. However, as such we completed the film in 2-3 months flat and now we are ready for release", he adds.

Meanwhile plans are being put together for the release of 'Jayanta Bhai Ki Luv Story' which hits the screens on 15th February.
