Vivek clarifies about supporting Kamal over Rajini

Vivek participated as chief guest at a private school in Arumuganeri and distributed prizes to children who participated in various events. A leading evening Tamil daily quoted Vivek as stating in his speech to give a warm welcome to Kamal Haasan who would be starting his political journey from the former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam memorial on the 21st of February.
Vivek has taken to twitter to clarify to the newspaper that he has been falsely quoted and he does not support Kamal alone and his support is for both Rajini and Kamal who have taken bold steps into politics.
