Rashmika Mandanna and G. V. Prakash Kumar are teaming up for a new movie and the hilarious announcement video has gone viral. The project tentatively titled 'VNR Trio' is in Telugu and has Nithiin and Rashmika as the lead pair and is directed by Venky Kudumula. The trio already delivered the super hit 'Bheeshma' released in 2020.

The announcement video of 'VNR Trio' shows Nithiin arriving at a posh restaurant setup and he is informed that the heroine is already there from 8am. He questions whether it is the same girl and in comes Rashmika and the hero asks her what she has been doing so early there.

Rashmika replies coolly "I was live on Instagram with Delhi and Mumbai fans...After this shoot, I have to deal with Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi..." Nithiin stops her short "Okay, okay, okay...You are the national crush. So you will have a lot of followers"

While the duo are in a friendly banter in comes our own G.V. Prakash Kumar says hello to Rashmika and immediately starts touching up his face. Nithiin asks "Bro, do you put makeup on your face before making music?...A shocked GVP goes "Wait a minute....Music...I'm the hero, right?

Rashmika "Nithin is the hero" to which GVP in utter disappointment asks "Rashu, he is the hero in the Bheeshma movie, right?" Nithiin "I'm the hero in this too...Hey, please. Go!"

GVP who cant believe what he just heard mumbles "Mythri Movie Makers...National crush...I thought this movie is going to be a great debut for me in Telugu...I brought my makeup too with me....Alright....Okay...I'm very happy....You want music, right...By the way, where is our director?

The highlight of the video is when Rashmika tells GVP that the director is always late and it took him three years to make a movie after his last one. The leading actor-composer quips "In the same three years I signed 19 films and released all of them". which of course is only a slight exaggeration.

Venky Kudumula then makes an entry and promises everyone that the film will be a different one than anyone can guess. It is revealed that the rest of the cast details will be out soon. The innovative video announcement similar to the Nelson Dilipkumar style used in 'Doctor' and 'Beast' has already gone viral on the internet.
