Waist deep water, yet high on patriotism

Hoisting Indian Flag on Independence Day sure is a rejoiced feeling, but four teachers and two students took it to a different level altogether. Heavy rains have been battering Assam over the last few days, a school in the Dhubri district of Assam has stunned everyone by hoisting the National flag with waist deep water surrounding them. Four teachers and two students mustered up courage to mark Independence Day in Naskara Lower Primary School in Dhuburi, Assam.

The photo since then has gone viral with Social media debating the state of Government run schools in the country which requires immediate attention than anything else. The photo was also tweeted by Kamal Hassan and various other celebrities.
