Warner Bros. Pictures is all set to bring If I Stay' an American drama film to India in September. Starring Chloe Grace Moretz and directed by R. J. Cutler, the movie is based on the novel of the same name by Gayle Forman. The film also stars Mereille Enos, Jamie Blackely, Joshua Leonard, Stacy Keach and Aisha Hinds in the lead roles.

If I Stay tells the story of Mia Hall (Chloë Grace Moretz) who is caught between life and death for one revealing day and has only one decision left, which will not only decide her future but her ultimate fate. She always thought the hardest decision she would ever face would be whether to pursue her musical dreams at Juilliard or follow a different path to be with the love of her life, Adam (Jamie Blackley).

But what should have been a carefree family drive changes everything in an instant, and now her own life hangs in the balance.

Talking about the experience of having her book come to screen, Gayle Forman said, "It was sort of a roller coaster with lots of ups and downs until we got to this magic point where Chloe came on board and then shortly after that R.J. Cutler came on board as the director. Then, I got a note from Chloe talking about how she was going to learn the cello, and then I met with R.J. and he told me the vision, and it was at that moment I understood that this was actually going to get made, and get made in the way that I wanted it to. I love nothing more than to be right, and I was right."

If I Stay will release across cities in India on 5th September, 2014.
