The ÂKaruva paiyaaa .. girl is getting ready to enter wedlock. Karthika, who is popular for her roles in ÂThoothukudiÂ, ÂRaman Thediya Seethai and ÂMadurai SambavamÂ, will soon marry a close relative of her.
According to her mother Malini, ÂThough Karthika has been getting many offers, nothing is on expected lines. So she has not committed any film. In the meantime, we have started hunting a lifepartner for her.Â
The actressÂs mother further added that it was decided by elders in the family to conduct KarthikaÂs marriage by the end of this year. ÂA formal announcement will be made soon, she added.
A native of Pudukottai in Tamil Nadu, Karthika carved a niche for herself by playing chripy village girl in a handful of films. One of her movies ÂAlaiyodu Vilaiyadu is yet to hit the screens.
