Now that his 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' has hit the screens, Gautham Vasudev Menon is gearing up for his next venture.

In the coming days, the ace director will keep himself busy with the promotions of his production venture 'Thanga Meengal', directed by Ram of 'Katradhu Thamizh' fame.

Besides wielding the megaphone, Ram has also played the lead role in 'Thanga Meengal'. According to Gautham, it is an emotional entertainer with a difference.

The film speaks about the relationship between a man and his little daughter. It was Gautham who insisted that Ram should play the protagonist in such a 'beautiful script'.
