Will Karnan be the most expensive movie in Mollywood?

Karnan, one of the most anticipated upcoming epic movies so far, stars Prithviraj and directed by RS Vimal. Recently director revealed the actual budget of the movie, if everything goes as per plans this would mark as the most expensive projects in Molly wood with a whopping amount of 300 crores. This will also break the Baahubali record as well.
Director Vimal confirmed the news through his official Facebook page. Earlier news was, the movie would be make with budget of 50-100 Crores. But, the director states that it is really impossible to complete a project like Karnan, with a 50 Crore budget.
It will be produced by a Gulf businessman named VenuKunnappilly and the official launch of the movie had already taken place months back.If the reports are to be true, Karnan is a multi-lingual movie, which will be simultaneously made in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Director RS Vimal states that it will be a movie of international standards.It will also have stars from all major film industries in India. DOP of the movie will be Baahubali fame Senthil Kumar and music will be tuned by GopiSundar.
Hope film lovers would receive a spectacular treat from Vimal and Prithviraj.
