Just the mere mention of snakes can scare the living daylights out of the most of us, now just imagine seeing a slimy snake coiling inside your own fridge! A Kerala housewife got the shock of her life to find an alive cobra snake inside the refrigerator at her home.

The incident took place on Tuesday, at Vani's house in Thrissur when she was trying to take vegetables from a tray in the fridge. At first, she saw a moving tail. When she had a closer look, Vani recognized it to be the tail of a cobra, that was beating the heat coiled on the tray.

Vani took out the snake by herself and threw it out of the house. The snake immediately found its way to a pond nearby. Vani says that she was unsure of how the snake made its way to the fridge. She also added that the kids at her house often opened the fridge and she believed that the snake would have entered when it was left open.
