'Yatra' gets a new release date

'Yatra', the awaited biopic on YS Rajasekhar Reddy, is being directed by Mahi V Raghav.
The news is that the film will head to theatres on February 8.
As is known, Mollywood superstar Mammootty is playing YSR in this expensive film. The film will tell the story of YSR's 2003 Pada Yatra which catapulted the Congress to power in the state. It was a 1475 km yatra on foot!
Rao Ramesh, Jagapathi Babu, Suhasini, Posani Krishna Murali and Anasuya will be seen in key roles. Suchin Kadekar, Vinodh Kumar, Jeeva, and comedian Prudvi will also be seen.
With music by K, it has cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan, editing is by Sreekar Prasad, and Production Design is by Ramakrishna and Monica Sabbani (of 'Rangasthalam' and 'Antariksham' fame). Choreography is by Brinda.
