The king of brand endorsements, Mahesh Babu, is out with his latest ad for Sai Surya Developers.  Produced and directed by Yamuna Kishore, the commercial features 

Sporting a suave look, the 'Bharat Ane Nenu' star is seen telling the viewer that he is a superstar because of people.  Everybody can be a superstar in his or her own right by investing in Sai Surya Developers, the actor says in the glossily shot ad.

Meanwhile, Mahesh is shooting for his 25th film in Dehra Dun along with Vamshi Paidipally and co-stars Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh.  It's learned that the makers of this much-awaited film are planning "extremely interesting marketing innovations".  These are expected to be experienced after a few weeks.
