Director Rathna Kumar had made his debut with the movie Meyadha Maan which was produced by Karthik Subbaraj and after the success of the movie had directed the bold movie Aadai starring Amala Paul.

Rathna Kumar is a part of the direction team of Lokesh Kanagaraj's upcoming release Master and the director is a huge fan of actor Vijay who plays the lead in the movie, which is set to release on Pongal 2021.

Now Rathna Kumar has shared a nostalgic memory, a photo from his childhood where him and his siblings are seen with Vijay during the shooting of the hit movie Priyamudan. This nostalgic photo of Rathna Kumar with Vijay has turned viral.
