In the process of acting in comedy videos, Bhargav got in touch with a lot of girls on social media. In the process, he reportedly raped a 14-year-old girl who was making videos with him. Later, the girl became pregnant.

On April 16, 2021, the girl's mother approached the Pendurthi police. The police, who investigated the case, registered a case under the 'Disha' and POCSO Act and arrested Bhargav. Although Bhargav became famous because of the girls he worked with, some girls said he did not respect them and that he was a womanizer.

Meanwhile, Fun Bucket Bhargav has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually assaulting a minor girl. The Visakhapatnam District POCSO Court, which conducted the trial yesterday, sentenced Bhargava to 20 years in prison and ordered the victim to pay a compensation of Rs. 4 lakh.
