Zindaggi Rocked At The Music Launch

Producer Anuradha Prasad of B.A.G Films Limited launched the music album of their forthcoming feature film ‘Zindaggi Rocks’ at a glittering event yestertday at Taj Lands End along with the cast and crew of the film.

The film scheduled to release end September today witnessed the stunning performance by the 'Sen'-sational Sushmita where she entered with a bang to the tunes of 'Humko Choone paas aayiye' and pulled the heartthrob Shiney Ahuja on stage with her so that the duo could rule the show together. The guitar which has been used throughout the film was used for live performance by the damsel and the audiences just couldn't have enough of it. She looked gorgeous as usual and Shiney too had all the girls blushing & swooning over him.

The who’s who of Mumbai glitterati were Present including Shah Rukh Khan, Govinda, Sachin Tedulkar with wife Anjali, Karisma Kapoor,Yukta Mukhi, Chief Minister Shri Vilashrao Deshmukh, Shri Uddhav Thakrey, Shri Kripa Shankar,Shri Mukesh Ambani with wife Neeta Ambani, Police Commisner Mr. A.N. Roy ,Director Madhur Bhandarkar, Sudhir Mishra, Satish Kaushik, Anupam Kher, Producer Manish Goswami, Juhi Parmar, Kulraj Randhava, Hussain, Samir Nair, Shailaja Kejriwal, Maya Alagh & Sunil Alagh, Mukesh Bhatt etc.

The film’s mellifluous music is by Anu Malik and the lyrics are by Mudassar Aziz and Syeed Quadri. The tracks of the films have been sung by talented playback singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, newcomer’s Zubeen Garg, Tulsi Kumar, Javed Ali and Anushka Manchanda.

‘Zindaggi Rocks’ album comprises of ‘Meri Dhoop hai tu’, ‘Humko Choone Pass aayiye’, ‘Rabbi’, ‘Ek Din Fursat Ne’, ‘Hadh Ko Adab Ko’ and the title track ‘Zindaggi Rocks’ - You wanna do the Jig.

The event witnessed three sensational song and dance performances by well known singers Zubeen Garg, Tulsi Kumar, Anushka Manchanda & Javed Ali. Expressing her views at the music launch, Ms. Anurradha Prasad, Producer, ‘Zindaggi Rocks’ & Managing Director B.A.G Films, said, “Sushmita and Shiney looked wonderful on stage. Everyone seems to love the music, we tried to do something unusual and from the reactions here I am sure its going to be a trend setter.”

Commenting at the music launch event, Tanuja Chandra, Director, ‘Zindaggi Rocks’ said, “From tonight begins the anxious journey of a director when a film starts to snip out of ones hands to become public property. I have a deep confidence in my film's music as well as the quality of its storytelling and it was very exciting for me to see the first glimmers of that in the audience reactions tonight.”
