'Zombie Reddy' director Prashanth Varma has an OTT vision

Prashanth Varma, who shot to fame with 'AWE' years ago, is interested in OTT as someone who has got plenty of ideas. The 'Kalki' maker has a separate vision for OTT.
If I have to debut on OTT, I will do it with a concept that suits the streaming space, he says, suggesting that OTT gives a writer/director the scope to try out superior concepts that may not find much encouragement from the theatre-going segment.
The director, whose 'Zombie Reddy' hits the screens this February 5, may well make a sequel to 'AWE' sooner than later.
As for 'Zombie Reddy', it stars Teja Sajja, Diksha, Anandhi and several comedians. Set in Rayalaseema, it is a comical spin on the zombie sub-genre. There could also be a sequel titled 'Revenge Of The Dead' to the movie.
