The Undead get the comedy treatment - Yogi Babu's 'Zombie' teaser review

The horror comedy genre movies in Tamil cinema has turned deadly ghosts into laughing stock in recent years and even five-year-olds have stopped getting scared of them. Now its the turn of the undead that is 'Zombie' to get the laugh treatment from a host of comedians headed by Yogi Babu. The just over one and a half minute teaser promises scares and laughs in equal measure with a pinch of glamour and adult jokes thrown in.
'Zombie' directed by Buvan Nallan has Yogi Babu, Yaashika Aanand, Gopi, Sudhakar, Anbu Dasan, Bijili Ramesh, Kathir and T.M. Karthick. Music is by Premgi Amaran, cinematography by Vishushri K , editing by Dinesh Ponraj and produced by S3 pictures. A July release is planned by the team and the date announcement is expected soon.
