A film with rare combination of father and daughter on screen and rare thought ‘Mussanjeya Gelathi’ where producer, director, story and screenplay writer B.P. Srinivas is playing professor and falls in love with real life daughter Shalini in reel life who plays the student has completed the shoot and audio of the film was released on Saturday evening at Le Meridian Hotel in Bangalore in a grand style.

Three songs of the film ‘Mussanjeya Gelathi’ meaningful and colorful to the eyes were screened before the audio release by noted producer Sa.Ra. Govindu. The title has curiosity and the subject explained by my long time friend Srinivas is very interesting said Sa.Ra. Govindu. A good film today in Kannada is mercilessly getting washed out because of scores of bad films. A producer should come here with hope and hard work Govindu advised his producer colleagues.

The lavish producer and humble human being B.P. Srinivas with many responsibilities in his first directorial venture informed the subject is unique and whole education department, youths have to watch this film. I have not made a film that is disturbing to the society nor antagonized the father and daughter relationship in the film. There is no vulgarity Srinivas said in his address.

Actress Shalini who is playing student to her father in the film ‘Mussanjeya Gelathi’ said she has a very naught role to play and there was enough of freedom to act.

Neel has scored the music for five songs. Shivasamaya, Chukki have written the lyrics. Lakshmi, Supriya Acharya, Neel and Chitra have sung for the film.
