Director G. Kamaraj’s upcoming flick ‘Vilai’ was launched recently. “This film does not have a typical hero or heroine. There won’t be the usual love scenes and commercial elements. ‘Vilai’ will break all rules,” says its director G. Kamaraj of ‘Perusu’ fame.

‘Vilai’ produced by SB Film Productions is based on human trafficking, and will revolve around eight central characters. We will have Bharani of ‘Naadodigal’ fame with Saravanan, Bhanuchandar, Balaji playing the male leads. While Udhayathara, Reethu, Madhumitha and Fathima play the female leads. It’s worthy to mention that Reethu has assisted Bollywood’s Mahesh Bhatt. D.Imman takes care of the music.
