Remember Vaseegaran? No? Well, he was introduced by director Bharathiraja in Kangalal Kaidhu Sei. After the fiasco, he just vanished from our radars. Now he is back.
He is currently acting in a movie titled Oh Nenjae, which features Subha Punja opposite him.
Being directed by debutant Shanmugham, the supposedly action-packed film will be shot at Indo-Pak border.
Says Shanmugham, the movie is about two medical students who go to help the quake victims in Kashmir and the terrorists end up kidnapping the hero. The rest if how he manages to escape from them and marries the heroine.
Though the story resembles Roja, there would not be any shades of the movie, he adds.
Special permission had been sought to film the movie in Indo-Pak border, which are sensitive parts. Our camera would can fresh locations, he adds.
