Now it looks like the director has finalized and fixed the heroine for his next. Mumbai based actress Aditi Hyadari who has acted in many Bollywood films and became popular for her roles in 'Wasir' and 'Fitoor' has landed the offer to feature as a heroine in a Mani Ratnam film which is still remains a dream to many actresses in India.

Though there is no official confirmation from Madras Talkies, the production banner of Mani Ratnam, Aditi's official spokesperson has confirmed the development to a leading Mumbai based English Newspaper.

The film will be produced by Mani Ratnam under his Madras Talkies banner and it touted to be a romantic subject set in Kashmir. Karthi plays an pilot while the heroine will be a doctor. The film is expected to go on floors in September.

A.R.Rahman will be handling the musical score for this film and cinematographer Ravi Varman is touted to team up with Mani Ratnam for the first time in this film.
