Director Vijay and Actress Amala Paul who were once a Popular star couple of Kollywood are now living separately after announcing their splitsville last year.

The duo had applied for divorce in the District Family Court in Chennai. Today (February 21, 2017) Justice Deepika has officially granted divorce for the estranged couple.

Amala acted in Vijay's 2011 critically acclaimed flick 'Deviamagal' with Vikram and played the female lead in the director's 2013 flick 'Thalaiva' with actor Vijay. After almost four years of love relationship. the duo exchanged marital vows on June 12, 2014.
