Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani' confirmed with Ranveer Singh, Deepika & Priyanka

Ranveer Singh is Bajirao while Deepika Padukone is his Mastani... Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s most ambitious project, 'Bajirao Mastani' will now feature his''Ram and Leel's jodi. In fact there's a third angle in this story, Priyanka Chopra too appears in the movie as Ranveer Singh's first wife...while Deepika Padukone is the second wife....

Names of Ranveer and Deepika were doing the rounds for some time now and now they have been confirmed. Bhansali has been eyeing this project for the longest. Initially it was Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who were supposed to play these iconic characters. But after their break-up, it was reported that Kareena might step into the shoes of Aish. Even that pairing didn`t work out...

Now finally, Ranveer and Deepika will appear as Bajirao and Mastani while the shooting of the movie will begin in October this year... Meanwhile these two are are featuring together briefly in the forthcoming Homi Adajania's movie 'Finding Fanny'...
