Kamal Haasan, who is off to USA, to shoot for his Dasavatharam has commenced shooting.

A few scenes featuring Kamal Haasan and Mallika Sherawat were reportedly shot in America.

Buzz is that Kamal Haasan, who is playing ten different roles in the movie, also dons the role of a villain in Dasavatharam. His encounters with Mallika Sherwat are being shot in USA.

Sources close to director Ravikumar, said, 'Plans are on to shoot a major portion of the movie here. We are shooting the movie at a hectic pace to ensure that it releases on Tamil New Year's day'.

Asin plays the main heroine while Jayapradha is also in the cast.

There is an intense speculation in the industry over the kind of roles that Kamal will perform in the movie.
