 Yup! It's been a perplexed scenario for Sivaji Productions on fixing director for Ajith Kumar's 49th film. It all started a year back as Sivaji Productions signed Ajith and Gowtham Menon for a project. Later, calls on air were either Dharani or Vishnuvardhan who would be replacing Gowtham. Finally, sources have revealed that it's Saran who will be wielding megaphone for Ajith's 49th film 'ASAL' produced by Sivaji Productions.
Well, it's noteworthy that duo combo Ajith-Saran had spelled hat-trick with Kadhal Mannan, Amarkalam and Attagasam. Earlier Sivaji Productions had signed agreement with Sameera Reddy as Gowtham had suggested and now she is being sustained for female lead.
Producers, Ajith and Saran on the verge of finalizing technicians within short period and buzzes are that it would be either A.R. Rahman or Harris Jayaraj scoring music.
