Charmi is playing the role of a quick-witted journalist who is about to unveil something that's pathbreaking and monumental for her forthcoming film ‘Nagaram Nidrapotunna Vela’.

She is sharing the screen with Jagapatibabu in this film. It is worth mentioning here that Charmi is struggling these days to maintain a mark in the industry post Mantra and tried out a lot of experiments but tasted failures.

Her recent films Mangala and Dongalamutaa failed to bring smiles on her face. She is working hard on all of her projects and is making untiring efforts to bag a hit but to no avail.

Her latest film ‘Nagaram Nidrapotunna Vela’ reached its final schedule under the direction of Premraj. The audio of the film is slated for release by the end of this month and the film would hit the screens in the second week of April.
