Cinematographer debuts as director for Vijaykanth's son

Noted cinematographer P.G.Muthiah turned producer with Kalaiyarasan-Kaali Venkat starrer 'Raja Mandhiri' that released last year. Now he is all set to wear the director's hat.

Yes. Muthiah will be making his debut as a writer-director with a film titled 'Madura Veeran'. The film will also mark the comeback of Shanmugapandian. the son of Captain Vijayakanth who made his acting debut with 'Sagaptham' in 2015.

With Shanmuga Pandian playing the lead role 'Madura Veeran' also stars Samuthirakani in an important role.

More details about the project are expected to arrive soon.
