A day earlier to her birthday November 29 the heart throb actress Ramya (Divya Spandana in Tamil) celebrated her birthday and flew to Goa to take part in the screening of her film on AIDS 'Prarambha' in which Ramya is in the key role with top artists from South India.

This documentary film on AIDS produced by Bill Gates Foundation is screened in the documentary section of International Film Festival at Goa. The happy news for Ramya on this birthday is that her Tamil film 'Pollathavan' has been doing roaring business. She has received rave reviews for her glamorous presence in the film starring Dhanush.

On Wednesday (28th November) evening she visited the Ganesha temple in Sadashivanagar and Venkataramana Swamy temple near Majestic for the blessings from almighty. As usual she took part in the charity work with her mother in the evening.

Best wishes poured in for Ramya from the Kannada film industry which she was not able to receive it.
