Recently the Censor Board had shown thumbs-down to the makers of Finding Fanny` for including a dialogue where Deepika Padukone`s character says “I`m Virgin”. However of late the Board had to take back their objection and the film has been allowed to keep the dialogue.

Happy over the new development, the film`s director Homi Adajania had tweeted thus, "Alas a sense of reason prevails! "I'M A VIRGIN" been allowed back in @FindingFanny. A step twds consistency and rationality from the Censors".

In fact, earlier following board`s objection, the film`s cast Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor along with the helmer had expressed their confusion about the clarity in the case since the "virgin" dialogue was allowed in the trailers and was later objected to be used in the film. After listening to their justification, the board understood their stand and allowed the dialogue to remain.

Also starring Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Kapur and Naseeruddin Shah, Finding Fanny` releasing on September 12.
