When Hrithik Roshan stepped into 'Agneepath', he did so with an open mind. Pretty much resigned to the fact that he won't make a conscious effort to emulate Amitabh Bachchan as Vijay Deenanath Chauhan and instead approach the character in his own way, he wanted first time director Karan Malhotra to be as creative as ever when it came to interpreting the character and drive him to the fullest.

"People do ask me if it was intimidating to be working with Hrithik since he is an established superstar for a decade now whereas I have just started off," says debutant Karan Malhotra who has worked with Hrithik in 'Jodhaa Akbar' where he was the Chief Assistant Director to Ashutosh Gowariker, "Well, let me tell you that this is not the case at all. Of what I have observed of him so far, his logic is very simple. If he has read the script and agreed to do it, he just goes and follows a director's vision. If he is not convinced then he rejects a film at the script stage itself. The very fact that he is on board for 'Agneepath' should say it all."

Well, that indeed is the case Karan. Now we would like to see results on 26th January once the film arrives.
