With item number (or special songs) being the order of the day, Richa Gangopadhyay has denied reports appeared in a section of the media which claimed that she would do a sensuous song in her Bengali debut.
Richa, who is playing the female lead in the film directed by Rajb, says, "I am not doing the song. Someone else will shake their legs for it, I believe." Even the director too has said he would prefer for Rakhi Sawant or Malaika Arora Khan.
Touted as the remake of 'Siruthai', the yet-to-be-titled Bengali movie has Prosenjit Chatterjee in the lead role. A couple of days ago, Richa expressed happiness about making her debut in Bengali, which is her mother tongue.
Only recently, the actress had to say no to the Hindi remake of 'Thiruttu Payale', which is directed by Susi Ganesan. The reason was said to be the heroineÂs prior commitments in Tollywood.
