Mahesh Babu is South India's most preferred brand ambassador. When he recently signed South India's Shopping Mall, many wondered how much he might have been paid. Well, he received Rs. 4 cr for the band!
When he opened the Mall's shop in Kukatpally the other day, it was as though there was a political march. The organizers and the police had tough time for the next five hours to clear the thousands who had thronged the place to catch a glimpse of Mahesh, who was not there for more than 30 minutes.
This explains his astronomical endorsement rates.
In comparison, the likes of Kajal Agarwal, Samantha and Tamanna are paid something like Rs. 35 lakhs for the textile brands they have endorsed.
