The first look of much talked Vishal Bhardwaj’s film ‘Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola’, starring Imran Khan and Anushka Sharma, will finally hit the screens alongside the release of Karan Johar's ‘Student Of The Year’, that is on coming 19th Oct.

‘Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola’ (MKBKM) has for the first time Imran featuring in a very different and rustic role, as that of a Haryanvi guy.

Talks are that actually Karan was very much impressed with Imran’s work in the filmmaker’s next project where the handsome actor plays the lead. So the filmmaker, as a token of appreciation, decided to attach the trailer of MKBKM with that of his SOTY.

MKBKM which is slated to release on 11th Jan 2013, also has Pankaj Kapur and Shabana Azmi.
