Salman Khan recieved a lot of flak for his tweets questioning the hanging of Yakub Memon in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. Even Salman's father Salim Khan said that they were senseless comments and after facing criticism, the 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' actor said that he was taking his comments back.

But to the surprise of everyone, Mohan Babu supported the Bollywood Superstar. The 'Rowdy' actor took to his twitter handle and wrote :

"A section of media and people should stop witch hunting @BeingSalmanKhan. He said nothing different from what many M.Ps have said. If he is wrong and so are all the parliamentarians who raised the same issue. Let this man @BeingSalmanKhan enjoy his success" (sic)
