A lesser known thing about Nithya Menen, the 'OK Kanmani' and 'Kanchana 2' girl, is that she wanted to become a journalist, but ended up as an actress. But she is not complaining.

The talented artiste, who knows to take life as it comes, says she is content with what she is. Also, she is so happy these days, thanks to the feedback she received for her performance in her recent two flicks.

Nithya Menen is now part of a string of interesting projects, including 'Rudhramadevi', in which she has worked with the likes of Anushka Shetty and Catherine Tresa. The film will soon hit the screens in Tamil and Telugu.
