Preity Zinta today rang the opening bell of NASDAQ, in New York. The actress was recently there to attend the India Day Parade for India's 64th Independence Day.

Feeling quite thrilled about the honour, the co-owner of IPL team Kings XI Punjab wrote on her Twitter page, "Hope you can list one of my companies there someday! Ting! Now I'm excited!"

Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol had rung the opening bell of NASDAQ, while promoting their film ‘My Name Is Khan’.
