Though various names have been floating around when it comes to principal roles in the David Dhawan remake of 'Chashme Baddoor', the fact is that no one has been finalised for it yet.

"Every month there is a new name that crops up from nowhere," says a source attached to the film, "On one day it is being said that Ranbir Kapoor is being approached while others like Riteish Deshmukh and Ali Zafar are also being mentioned. However the fact is that the film's casting is yet to be done. Currently David Dhawan is quite busy shooting for his Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgn starrer 'Rascals'."

The original 'Chashme Buddoor' had released three decades back in 1981 and has found cult acceptance for it over the years. It had starred Farooq Sheikh, Ravi Baswani and Rakesh Bedi as the three key protagonists.

When asked if from the current range of actors, does David Dhawan have any wish list in mind, he says in a tad annoyed tone, "I have never had any wish list right through my career. I don't wait for an actor. Those who are good in their job, want to work with me and have their dates available are happy to join me."

Hope all actors out there are listening and getting ready to queue up for a coveted part in 'Chashme Baddoor'. After all as things stand today, the doors are still open.
