Sai Dharam Tej's 'Jawaan', written and directed by BVS Ravi, is currently in the dubbing stage. The Mega hero has started his work on dubbing earlier today.

Mehreen of 'Krishnagaadi Veera Prema Gadha' fame is the heroine. Kollywood actor Prasanna is the antagonist. BVS Ravi's directorial debut was 'Wanted' and, in recent years, has co-written 'Iddarammayilatho, 'Gouravam', and 'Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda'.

Music is by SS Thaman. Cinematography is by Guhan. Editing is by SR Sekhar. Art direction is by Brahma Kadali.

The film is slated to hit the screens on Sept 1.
