Sarath to take a break

Sarath Kumar is planning to finish all his acting commitments by the end of March as he would be campaining for the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections from the beginning of April.

“I am at present acting in Tamil and Malayalam movies. Though I have offers from Telugu, Kannada and Hindi, I will finish everything by the last week of March,” the president of All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi says.

Saying that he would contest in the Assembly elections, the actor-politician says, “All that I want is to establish an egalitarian society where there is no place for caste or communal differences.”

Recently, the Nadigar Sangam president, along with wife Radhika, daughters Varalaxmi, Pooja, Rayan and son Rahul, had been to Singapore on a vacation trip. “It is a memorable experience,” says Radhika.
