The badminton team players sport yellow jersey and their punch line is Smashers Podu` like Whistle Podu` for Chennai Super Kings. .

The introductory function of Chennai Smashers` was held at Chennai on Thursday. Prabakaran has announced his younger brother Shanmuga Pandian, as the brand ambassador of Smashers team. Speaking to the press, he said that the team has selected Pandian not only for his cinema image but also for his height.
