We had earlier reported about Simbu approaching the High Court with a plea for more time to appear before the CCB in the Beep Song case.

The High Court has once again given Simbu a much needed relief by giving him time till the 29th of January. Simbu can now peacefully work towards releasing his Thalli Pogathe` single by A.R. Rahman on Pongal which tune has already become a huge hit among fans and general listeners.
